You're Perfect! Chase Your Dreams!
We are living in amazing times. Science and ancient wisdom are meeting in the world and creating unforeseen knowledge and opportunities for everyone who is willing to embrace them with courage. When I grew up there was no internet. To succeed in something like writing a book, for example, we would need to trawl around publishers and gather rejections like shards in the heart. If we wanted to discuss anything, we certainly couldn’t do it with hundreds of people from our living rooms. Education was for the few who could afford it and rigid in its delivery.
Now we can learn new skills in our pyjamas, create something spectacular and take it out into the world without leaving the house. Or we can play computer games allowing people to watch and become rich by their voluntary donations. We don’t have to start rich to succeed; we don’t need a portfolio of certificates delivered in a rigid school education ten years ago - that mean nothing in the world today. We can just find what we love to do and do it, earning a living in the process. In fact, I would go so far as to say that it’s the only thing we should do.
When you find exactly what you want to do, something amazing happens. You are led by motivation – not hindered by lack of it. When you’re motivated by something specific that you love, it’s not work and it rarely feels like an effort.
To find your path in the dog world, or the next step on your journey, ask yourself what you would love to do. Then consider; if there were no money and no bills to pay, would you still be doing what you’re doing now?
If so, that’s great. If not, why are you still doing it?
